Justin hammers home expertise

GOLD Coaster Justin Nickerson has become the first Australian to twice win the coveted Australasian auctioneer of the year award.

Justin beat out four others to win the Australasian Real Estate Institutes’ auctioneering championship this month, following a mock-auction of a historic Adelaide home.

Real Estate Institute of Australia president Malcolm Gunning said it is the third time in the history of the event an auctioneer has won two in a row.

“Justin was announced as the titleholder … after a tight contest between five outstanding auctioneers,” he said.

Justin is also the reigning REIQ Auctioneer of the Year.
