-

A THIRD of British couples admit they have fallen out with their partners over how they have behaved in a dream, a survey claims.

The researchers also found that 47 per cent are so influenced by their dreams they affect them the following day – generating both good and bad moods. In the poll of 2000 people, 40 per cent said dreams can change the way they feel about others while nearly 60 per cent said they have helped them to solve a problem.

Just over a third admitted that they rely on dreams to help them make decisions in their waking life. The survey of UK residents for bedmaker Silentnight found 70 per cent of people said they wake up feeling more tired if they have been dreaming, while 49 per cent said they had recurring dreams about being chased, and 29 per cent often dreamt about falling.
