Scotland calls for new boss

-

DAVID Moyes is the favourite to be next Scotland manager after Gordon Strachan left his role after failing to guide his country to the World Cup.

Missing out on a second straight major tournament convinced the Scottish FA not to hold onto 60-yearold Strachan or No.2 Mark McGhee.

Malky Mackay, serving as the SFA performance director after a disastrous spell at Wigan, is a contender, and earlier this week former England boss Sam Allardyce was touted because of parental links to Scotland.
