AFTER 13 months in construction, the new Bruce Lynton Jaguar Land Rover showroom is officially open to the public.

Owner Beric Lynton said the state-of-the-art

$9 million facility spanned an impressive three levels.

The development includes a semi-enclosed rooftop car park, a dedicated check-in counter and the capacity to display up to 14 luxury vehicles on the showroom floor.

“The showroom boasts customer-focused facilities including an intimate customer lounge with coffee station, cafe seating serviced by a fully functional kitchen, customer WiFi, and a merchandise and accessories display area,” Mr Lynton said.

“There’s also a boardroom with a capacity for 10 people, while the workshop features seven vehicle servicing bays plus two programming bays, plus a further nine servicing bays in an adjoining workshop.”

Mr Lynton said Bruce Lynton Automotive Group acquired the Jaguar franchise on the Gold Coast in 2015, and developed plans to build the new dual-branded dealership on the site.

“We’re so proud of our new Bruce Lynton Jaguar Land Rover showroom,” he said.

“Founded back in 1974, the Bruce Lynton Automotive Group now employs 99 staff and 72 of those staff will work in the new facility.

“We encourage everyone to come and see the new showroom at 96-100 Minnie St, Southport and meet the team.”
