SUMMARY

A reinforcin­g, small to mid-sized, longer-range E swell hangs in at 2 to 4ft early Friday before slowly easing during the day, leaving smaller surf hovering around 2ft across the region this weekend.

SATURDAY

Leftover E swell. Slower sets around 2ft along exposed beaches, grading to 1 – 2ft inside the points and bays.

WIND: Light W to NW ahead of an early S change. Turning SSE to SE 15 to 25 knots during the afternoon.

SUNDAY

Slight SE windswell mixing with underlying E swell. Ranging from 1 - 2ft+ along exposed beaches, grading to 1ft+ inside the points and bays.

WIND: Early SSW inshore, tending SSE 15 to 25 knots.

MONDAY

Small-scale ESE windswell around 1 - 2ft exposed beaches, grading to 1ft or so inside the points and bays. WIND: Early SSW inshore, tending SSE to SE 15 to 20 knots during the day.

TUESDAY

Short range ESE tradewind swell around 2ft+ exposed breaks, potentiall­y bumping up towards 2 - 3ft during the afternoon. Grading to 1 – 2ft inside the points and bays. WIND: Early light WSW to SSW, tending ESE 5 to 15 knots.

WEDNESDAY

E tradewind swell. Ranging from 2 - 3ft exposed beaches. Grading to 1 – 2ft inside the points and bays. WIND: Early light and variable tending light ESE to ENE 5 to 15 knots during the afternoon.
