Race 7 – No More Than Two Metro Wins This Year Hcp (1800m)

It was a huge run by in-form Sheza Lily after over-racing last start and she should be charging late. Mishani Phoenix is honest, extra distance suits and can bring up the hat-trick. Aqua Vite has the awkward gate and an extra 200m but should be competitive. The welltravelled Mount Panorama is never far away. Selections: 5 Sheza Lily, 10 Mishani Phoenix, 7 Aqua Vite 15 Mount Panorama

Race 8 – BM 75 Hcp (2200m) Kirini is clearly the one to beat but there’s no spoil at the price. Perilous Love made up enormous ground from back and wide and is a danger. The Rumour File is also a winning proposition despite carrying top weight. Three Points hasn’t fired at his past couple of starts, so let’s go off the nice Doomben win. Selections: 6 Kirini, 3 Perilous Love, 1 The Rumour File, 10 Three Points

Race 9 – BM 90 Hcp (1200m) Cannot fault Oink’s fresh form and gets a top jockey onboard. Upstart Pride had no luck last time but is drawn to get a gun run here. Mishani El Lobo won well last start and can go on with it. Amanaat has won his past five, drops weight and draws pole position. Selections 8 Oink, 1 Upstart Pride, 9 Mishani El Lobo, 6 Amanaat

Race 10 – BM 80 Hcp (1400m) Delightful Feeling should have finished closer last start and, with any luck in running, is a real contender. Ringo’s A Rockstar should improve after over-racing and getting held up last start. Plucky Girl’s last win was impressive although this is harder. Consistent mare Manaya should also be in the finish.

Selections: 6 Delightful Feeling, 7 Ringo’s A Rockstar 14 Plucky Girl, 11 Manaya
