Czech-out time for colourful realtor and mentor

-

PETER Sun, a real estate agent and colourful mentor to property investors, is cashing in his chips at Mermaid Beach.

The entrepreneurial Czechborn Peter is chasing a buyer for a four-level villa that comes with a lift and apparently was one of a pair built by a Hollywood Hills and Las Vegas developer.

Peter’s marketing it himself and is very descriptive in his sales blurb, suggesting the villa might appeal to people who like romantic sunsets, excess indulgence, wild parties, or simple family time and the healthy beach lifestyle.

His neighbours will, no doubt, be hoping that the ‘wild parties’ idea is not in the mind of any would-be buyers.

In fact, reading between the lines, they already might have had a taste of them.

Peter’s blurb about his villa continues: “It’s been described as a cross between ‘Miami Vice ultra chic’ and ‘Hollywood by the Beach’.

“It’s been featured worldwide on Fashion TV mega parties, national TV and print media for its famous fashion TV model parties and its notso-famous residents and visitors (if only the walls could talk).”

Peter says a buyer could restart their love life in the ‘indulgent’ master suite, which is ‘like the ultimate aphrodisiac’.

Peter paid $1.598 million for the 1/44 Tamborine St villa in 2015 and is hoping someone will come to the party at more than $2.15 million.
