Race 5 – Class 2 Hcp (1800m) Heir To The Throne made her Queensland racing debut with a strong win at the Sunshine Coast and this race is no tougher. He has recorded two wins from as many starts on a heavy track. Perfect Witness scored a maiden win last start and he is a gelding with upside. Cinzia chased home Heir To The Throne last start. Race 6 – 3YO Hcp (1400m) Bold Endeavour won a strong race at Rockhampto­n last start and he has performed well in the wet before. Tokoriki Lad has recorded two wins on the trot and he showed a tremendous turn-of-foot last start. House Of Drama loves the wet and has the chance to turn-the-tables on Tokoriki Lad. Enterprise Moss has been racing well without winning.

Race 7 – Class 1 Hcp (1400m) Will’s Bid has run well without winning since joining the stable of Michael Costa. This is a fairly weak race and he gets his chance to score a second race win. All of The Groom’s best form has been on a heavy track. Solarcraft ran well last start at the Gold Coast, while Mr Boombastic is a horse that is capable of producing a highrating effort on his day. Race 8 – BM75 (1300m)

Cool Sequence has the early speed to take up the running from the wide barrier draw. He will prove tough to run down late. Barefoot Tycoon has performed well in two race starts since being sent to Queensland. Scrabble has a couple of high-rating performanc­es on his racing resume. Shoreline is a better horse than his last start effort suggests.
