‘70S SHOW STAR AT TV’S BIG NIGHT
Hollywood actor the headline name at next weekend’s Logies on the Gold Coast
WHIPSERS of international talent coming to the Gold Coast for the Logies have been flying around for months and now it’s confirmed. Hollywood actor Wilmer
Valderrama will bring his global star power to the TV Week Logie Awards next weekend.
The 38-year-old star of NCIS will fly to Sydney and Melbourne to promote season 16, premiering on Channel 10 later this year, before heading to the Gold Coast to walk the red carpet at The Star for Australian television’s 60th annual night of nights. Valderrama is perhaps still most famous for appearing in That ’70s Show alongside Ashton Kutcher,
Mila Kunis and Topher Grace.
His other TV credits include The Sopranos, Handy Manny, Matador and Grey’s Anatomy, while he has appeared on the big screen in films From Prada to Nada, The Adderall Diaries and Larry Crowne.
Aside from his on-screen prowess, Valderrama has also accrued an impressive list of ex-girlfriends including US popstar powerhouse
Demi Lovato, Ghost Whisperer star Jennifer Love Hewitt, American sweetheart Mandy Moore, The O.C. star Mischa Barton, troubled star Lindsay Lohan, punk pop princess Avril Lavigne and megastar Rihanna. Conrad Sewell and Jess Glynne will perform at the Logies, which will see
the likes of Amanda Keller, Andrew Winter, Grant Denyer, Tracy Grimshaw and Rodger Corser all vying for the Gold gong.
