Weekend Gold Coast Bulletin

JUMP FOR JOY IN TRIBUTE TO GOLDY ROCKS

-

Looking for something to do this weekend? Maybe you missed out on that Laneway ticket, or blew your budget on Australia Day celebrations.

Never fear, because there’s an event that’s just for you right here on the Gold Coast.

Goldy Rocks 2019 is part of the Roots, Boots and Blues Music Festival Series, bringing together the best of the Gold Coast’s original talent.

Featuring powerhouses Felicity Lawless and MojoNative, the show celebrates the glorious diversity of the region boasting local and international music acts, indigenous

music and dance, international food and more.

And if you were hoping to bring the kids along you won’t even have to worry about them, with plenty of free kids’ activities, including face painting and show bags.

Join in on a drumming workshop or browse the community stalls for a gift for that special someone, or do both. There’s no need to choose!

Last year’s event saw thousands roll in to enjoy everything the festival had to offer, and organisers are expecting an even bigger crowd this time around. If you want a chance to celebrate the Gold Coast, its talent and its wonderful, wonderful food, then this is the place for you.
