“People like the look of freestanding baths, but they’re also less costly to install than a built-in bath,” she said.

Kollosche agent Michael Cooper said freestanding bathtubs added a stylish aesthetic to modern luxury properties.

Freestanding baths range in price from $1300 through to $5000 for top-of-therange stone baths that not only look and feel amazing but also keep the water warmer for longer.
