HIGH-SPEC boutique residences are hot property across the Gold Coast where owner-occupiers are seeking low-maintenance luxury in prime locations.

Developers are doing well out of the deal too, maximising returns with multiple homes on the one site fetching upwards of $1 million a piece.

Strong sales were achieved on two spectacular waterfront villas at 94 Monaco St, Broadbeach Waters, with Villa 2 sold for $2.85 million lounge room on the rooftop.

“These kinds of boutique high-end offerings are becoming more prevalent now,” PointRealty agent Matt Nielsen, who is marketing the development, said.

“Most of our buyers are coming out of Sydney and Brisbane and they’re really wanting to land the chopper from Palm Beach down to Currumbin and Tugun.”
