Buyers signing up shortly after launch could choose a limitedrun option pack for their entry-level Q2 Design. Like the model tested, each Edition #1 has S-line design tweaks with black exterior detailing, 19-inch alloy wheels, funky illuminated interior inlays, 40/ 20/40 split-fold rear seatback with armrest and cup holders, sport seats in leather, LED lights with dynamic indicators and tinted windows. For $ 6700 it pushes the total out to $ 47,800, just $ 100 shy of the better equipped 2.0-litre diesel Q2 Sport. Only 45 Edition #1 Q2s were available and all sold. Audi has since said it will look to offer a similar option pack next year.
