The German brand jumped 39% compared with April’s result to rise two places on the bestsellers’ chart. Helping it were the Golf (up 47%) and its SUV sibling, the Tiguan (1110 sales, up 28%). There was also a huge spike in 4x4 Amarok sales (883 sales, up 58%).
