You’re now based in the US, do you ever miss the outdoor, Aussie lifestyle?

I always miss home, but I’m bi-coastal at the moment, between New York and LA. I feel lucky as LA is as close to home as you get in America.

You’ve teamed up with Bonds. Congratulations on your new campaign.

Thank you. I’m honoured to be working with Bonds, I just love the brand and that it’s a homegrown Aussie label. I grew up with my mum dressing me in a classic white Bonds singlet under my school uniform every day! [ Laughs]

Are you a bikini or a one-piece girl?

I am partial to a one-piece. I think there’s a bit of mystery with it and for me I feel it elongates my legs. But I just love all the bright prints in the Bonds range.

How do you keep so fit and beach-ready?

I genuinely like exercising and I find if you train with a friend or meet someone at the gym it keeps you motivated and accountable. I like to mix it up as well—pilates,

yoga, gym sessions and a steam, I rarely do weights as I find it bulks me up too much.

Are you strict with your diet?

I try to be consistent. I love sweets, but I can’t eat them all the time. I’m pescetarian, but I try to eat vegetarian as much as possible.

You have flawless skin— what’s your secret?

Thank you, that’s very kind. I read an article once with a skin expert who said that women really only need to cleanse and moisturise. I have oily skin so I love Neutrogena cleanser. I always take my makeup off and I use manuka honey as moisturiser.

Manuka honey?

Yes, I always buy it duty free when I’m travelling. It’s amazing!

Do you have a favourite treatment?

Once a month I get a Runway Facial in LA at Skin Thesis, it’s a blend of laser, oxygen and things. My fiancé has amazing skin and he does nothing! They say men age better than women, and maybe that’s because they don’t wear makeup or fiddle with their skin constantly! [ Laughs]
