The reality star gets good news
AFTER A TENSE PERIOD, REALITY STAR AUDRINA Patridge has moved back into her own home. She was seen on Oct. 14 moving belongings into the house in Irvine, California, vacated by her husband, Australian BMX rider Corey Bohan, 35. In further good news for the former star of The Hills, a judge granted her full custody of their daughter, Kirra, 1, as well as their dog, Lady. Bohan, who was paid $35,000, was ordered to move out by Oct. 13.
Patridge, 32, filed for divorce in September and was granted a temporary restraining and child abduction prevention order against Bohan, who denied her claims of emotional abuse and violent outbursts. In documents filed on Oct. 9 and obtained by The Blast, he had asked for a temporary emergency order against Patridge, requesting she not “harass or disturb my peace while I remain in the residence, or allow third parties to do so.” The judge denied his request. A source tells WHO Patridge had merely done “what she could to get in and get Kirra’s toys and clothes.”
