LAST TIME I SANG OUT LOUD
Last night at midnight. My daughter [Caroline, 19 months] woke up and said, “Monkey, monkey,” so I sang “Five Little Monkeys Jumping on the Bed”, which is a very incessant song. Yes, at midnight. That’s my girl!
LAST RECURRING DREAM
I don’t think I’ve ever had the same dream. The other night I dreamed about this really famous artist, and I met them and they weren’t very impressive, and then they started to regress in age until they were a toddler, and I had to change their diapers. I don’t know what that means, but feel free to psychoanalyse me.
LAST FASHION DISASTER AM.
This morning around 5 We’re all sleeping in the same room because the heat is out in my daughter’s room. I didn’t want to turn the light on, so I rummaged around for whatever I could grab and ended up going to work in, a zip-up hoodie, sweatpants and slip-on clogs.
LAST THING I TOOK FROM THE SET
I’m currently wearing my costume for today, because I opted to live close [to where we film] so I could get a little snooze, or something out of the fridge, so I have on stolen items from set … that I will, obviously, bring back.
LAST MOMENT OF BLISS
We went upstate [New York] for three days to shoot a special Liz episode for The Blacklist, and it was autumn and the leaves were so beautiful. Liz was out running around in the woods, and it was glorious. Normally I’m in gunfights, so it was a nice change of pace.
