After keeping a lid on her pregnancy, the thrilled reality star welcomes her daughter

FOR THE PAST SEVEN MONTHS, KYLIE Jenner’s fans have been desperately trying to keep up with the reality star’s ultra-private pregnancy—to no avail. The typically ubiquitous reality star and beauty mogul, 20, all but disappeared last September after multiple sources confirmed she was expecting a baby with her new boyfriend, rapper Travis Scott. On Feb. 4 Jenner resurfaced to announce the arrival of her little girl. “My pregnancy was one I chose not to do in front of the world,” she wrote on Instagram. “I knew for myself I needed to prepare for this role of a lifetime in the most positive, stress free and healthy way I knew how. I knew my baby would feel every stress and emotion so I chose to do it this way for my little life and our happiness.”

With Scott, 25, and her loved ones including pregnant big sister Khloé Kardashian, 33, and mum Kris Jenner by her side as she gave birth, “Kylie was relieved that the moment was finally here,” says a source close to the family. “It was a bit chaotic with all the family and friends around, but she was overwhelmed in a good way.” Now back home with her daughter— she is “very cute with chubby cheeks,” says an insider—jenner is “doing great” with the help of Scott and their families. “She is so happy to be a mom,” says a Keeping Up With the Kardashians insider. “The baby sleeps a lot, and so far Kylie feels everything is going well.”

Jenner’s relationship with Scott—a friend says he has been “very supportive” —is also stronger than ever. Dating since April, “things got really serious fast,” says the friend. “He’s been there every step of the way and is very protective.” As Jenner posted: “I’ve never felt love and happiness like this!”

“I’m sorry for keeping you in the dark,” Jenner (on Sept. 12) posted to fans. Sources say Jenner and Scott (on April 25) are not engaged but are committed to each other and their daughter.

“Pregnancy has been the most beautiful, empowering, and lifechanging experience,” posted Jenner. “In-n-out tastes like ... the best thing I’ve ever had,” she says, discussing her weight while pregnant.Jenner’s daughter (at press time her name had not been released) was born on Feb. 1. “Our girls are two weeks apart and I can’t wait for them to be besties!” posted Kardashian West.
