A Wall Street Journal reporter (Annabelle Wallis as Rebecca) is on a routine assignment to interview businessman Callahan (Hamm). Things go haywire when one of his childhood friends, Hoagie (Helms), masquerades as a janitor just to tag him—you know, the childhood game where the person caught is “it”? Turns out Hoagie, Callahan and their childhood crew have been playing the game for decades, prepared to go to great lengths to catch each other out. But over the years, Jerry (Jeremy Renner) has remained, literally, untouchable. Now, with his wedding coming up, the gang are determined to get him, with Rebecca, sensing a real story, in tow.
