TIME FOR A BREAK
Unless you’ve been off Instagram this winter, it’s likely you’ll have seen what feels like 90 per cent of the population on holidays. It feels like every day this month our WHO inbox has been flooded with pictures of celebs floating in the crystal clear waters of the Maldives, jumping off yachts in the Caribbean or sunning themselves on the white sandy beaches of Mexico. Beyond the fact that it’s chilly here at home, this time of year always feels like the perfect time for a quick midyear reboot, even if it is just an hour down the road to a cottage in the forest, or a shack by the beach for the weekend. And that’s what I did last weekend, I bundled up my 10-month-old, hubby and a group of our friends for a weekend away in Sydney’s Blue Mountains where we explored our unbelievable mountain ranges and played Jenga, drank wine and ate cheese. It was just was the doctor ordered. Surely that tax return (holiday fund) is almost due back? Enjoy the issue. Keshnee Kemp, Editor & Content Director @keshnee
