A week into her body reboot, Emily Harper is feeling great about her achievements so far, even though her energy has been up and down. “Some of the training I’ve been doing with Ami is so much harder than I thought it would be,” the mum-of-three explains. “I’m a little sore, but I guess that’s to be expected.”
