‘I’M ALREADY FEELING SO MUCH HAPPIER AND HEALTHIER’

In the lead up to WHO’S 10-Week Best Body Reboot challenge, radio personalit­y Mel Greig said she was in the habit of drinking a lot of alcohol. “When you drink, you get in the habit of needing carbs or needing something naughty,” Greig tells WHO. “It’s been six days of what I thought would be hell—but I’m feeling great.”

So far, the star is loving the challenge and concedes she’s being trained incredibly hard and wakes up each morning feeling the burn. “I am beyond excited to see what I’m going to look like and how I’m going to feel at the end of this,” Greig says. “I’m so motivated, and mentally I’m not having any withdrawal­s from sugar or alcohol, and I’m not craving anything.”
