‘I ALREADY FEEL STRONGER’

After the first week of her challenge, nurse Sam Nolan says everything has been fun and exciting. “I’ve really enjoyed the meals,” the 30-year-old says. “I haven’t noticed any changes with my body yet but I’m being patient.”

Nolan says the challenge going forward will be maintaining the strict exercise and diet regimen while having a normal lifestyle and a social life. “I don’t just want to lock myself in a box and not see anyone,” she admits.

Nolan has been keeping fit at First Grade Fitness under the direction of Erin Geddes.
