ooking toned and svelte in a sexy bodysuit and white jeans as she prepared to shoot her E! reality show Revenge Body on Oct. 14, first-time mother Khloé Kardashian proudly showed off her best ever body, just six months after giving birth to her bub, True.

Following a tumultuous start to the year in which her NBA star partner, Tristan Thompson, 27, was accused of cheating on her just days before she gave birth to their daughter True on Apr. 12, Kardashian, 34, rocked her very own revenge body in the series of three Instagram posts after shedding a staggering 15kg in just 12 weeks.

“After I had True, I didn’t put any pressure on myself to lose the baby weight,” the founder of the Good American clothing brand, who is said to be continuing to work through infidelity issues in her relationship with Thompson, revealed on her app. “I just wanted to get back to my regular routine from before I got pregnant, which was working out five to six times a week. But, since then, I’ve lost 33 pounds (15kg)! I’m shocked that I lost that much weight that quickly.”

One person who isn’t surprised by Kardashian’s incredible transformation is her trainer, Don Brooks, who says his star client does his “Don-a-matrix” method – designed like a four-quarter sports game to challenge the cardio and muscle endurance and burn fat – six times a week.

Within each quarter, Kardashian does three sets of two different exercises, including squats with biceps curls, planks, step platforms, skipping and resistance band

exercises to trim and tone her legs and arms, and gets a brief period for rest and rehydration.

“I’ve been having her do a lot of those multifunctional movements, which is not only expending a lot of energy from her body but also helping her lose a lot of weight and burning a lot of body fat as well,” Brooks told TMZ, adding that Kardashian was seriously committed to her fitness. Brooks, who has also sculpted the famous bodies of Fergie and Josh Duhamel, said he recently added an extra booty-lifting workout to her regimen each day.

“We just started doing two-a-days,” he said. “So two-a-days is where we break the workout up, where we’ll do one workout in the morning and then we’ll come back like that afternoon or night and do another workout.”

As well as sweating it out with Brooks, the Keeping Up With the Kardashians star is equally disciplined with her diet, opting for protein, fruits and vegetables and fewer carbohydrates.

Kardashian recently revealed she indulges in “one tablespoon of jam and one tablespoon of almond butter” before her sweat sessions and will eat two eggs, a cup of oatmeal and a cup of fresh fruit post-morning workout.

“I’m currently on a low-carb diet that my nutritionist, Dr Goglia, gave me,” she wrote in a recent app post. “It has lots of protein, so I’m able to go allout at the gym, but the best part is that I’m never hungry because I’m always eating!”

For lunch, Kardashian has grilled chicken breast with white rice and vegies or salad with an
