The model talks natural beauty and being confident in your own skin
Congrats on your new role with Palmer’s. Can you tell us what you love about the brand? Seriously, what’s not to love about the Natural Fusions range! Knowing that it’s natural is a big tick for me, but the products themselves are just amazing. I’ve noticed a huge difference in my hair especially.
Do you have a favourite product in the range?
I have quite a few. I love the Micellar Rose Water Cleanser Shampoo and Lavender Rose Water Conditioner and the Baobab and Neroli Body Oil. But one of my favourites is the DIY cocktail kits, which you can customise your own blend of oils to suit your own hair needs, which is pretty cool.
What is the key to feeling beautiful?
To me, beauty is being a kindhearted and beautiful person on the inside, which will always shine on the outside.
What’s the best beauty tip you have learnt through modelling? My best beauty tip would have to be how to apply makeup properly. What’s your skincare routine like?
My skincare routine is, I cleanse, tone and moisturise, day and night. I’ve been using a brand called Bohemian Skin.
Do you have any favourite treatments or salons you visit? I don’t go anywhere specifically, I just do it myself at home, whether it’s a face mask, or a hair mask. I love the Palmer’s Chia Seed & Argan Oil Hair Mask – my hair feels amazing after. You started modelling so young. If you could go back, what advice would you give your younger self on how to cope in the industry?
To not compare myself to anyone. I never wanted to stand out as a kid I just wanted to blend in, but now that I look back, it’s what made me different and unique [that made me successful], so that’s why I tell young girls now to just be the best version of yourself.
