-

With 89 per cent of Australians owning a smartphone, there’s really no excuse for not squeezing in a workout. But hey, don’t listen to us – take it from muscle mogul Chris Hemsworth. In an interview with Men’s Health, he invites us all to check how much time we spend scrolling our phones and says this: “You’re telling me you can’t find 20-30 minutes a day to work out? You’re lying to yourself. You just chose to watch TV instead.” So, with Thor helping us to keep it real, we’ve scouted some of the best health and fitness apps that have workouts for 20 minutes or less. All you need to do is download and go.
