Hitting up Drake’s 33rd birthday party held at Goya Studios in Hollywood on October 23, Adele turned heads and got tongues wagging in a velvet off-the-shoulder gown, which was cinched at the waist to show off her svelte new figure. The outing comes six months after the Grammy winner announced her split from her husband, Simon Konecki, and one month since she officially filed for divorce. “I used to cry but now I sweat,” the ‘Someone Like You’ singer captioned a pic from inside the party, also attended by Snoop Dogg, Kylie Jenner and French Montana. “Adele also was dancing and talking to people,” a source told E! News of the mobster-themed soiree, complete with gangster-inspired decor and casino games. “She had her hair up in a high ponytail and carried a feathered bag.”
In early September, multiple sources told WHO that the mum to son Angelo, 7, had kick-started her fitness routine by hiring a private trainer and taking up Pilates. “For her, it’s not about losing weight,” said a source close to the star, 31. “She wants to stay healthy for her son’s sake, and though it’s been challenging for her to keep a new workout routine, she is sticking with it.” Another insider confirmed she’s been working out at Los Angeles hotspot Rise Nation as well as “watching what she eats”, adds another entertainment source. “She has taken a more serious interest in improving herself and is actually having a great time.”

– with her drink still in hand – after having dinner with a group of friends. “She’s letting loose and there’s nothing but good feelings towards her,” a source told The Sun. “She’s got a new lease of life.” Romantically, things seem to be shaping up as well with reports she has been on dates with UK rapper Skepta, 37. According to The Sun, the pair have been in regular contact and Adele recently helped celebrate Skepta’s birthday at Crystal Maze experience in London. “They’re spending more and more time together. Some of their friends are hoping and predicting they could end up being a great couple one day,” a source told the paper. “They are both private about their love-lives and they are both committed to their children first and foremost as well.”
The pair, who both hail from Tottenham, have been friends for years. Skepta spoke of their friendship back in 2016, telling ES Magazine, “Adele texts me all the time and keeps me in check. She speaks to me about how things are going.”
That same year, Adele posted a photo of Skepta on her Instagram, writing, “Tottenham Boy. #konnichiwa.” Whether the fling leads to a break-up song or something more, the star is finding her footing after the breakdown of her seven-year marriage. “Adele has been out enjoying herself and she sees that as her priority at the moment, along with being a mum to Angelo,” says The Sun source. “She has been loving her new workout regime and it really works for her. It’s a bonus that she has shifted some weight.”
