Jennifer Hawkins and husband Jake Wall welcomed their first child, announcing the happy news on Instagram. The model, who turns 36 this week, said that becoming a mum was a “dream come true”. Earlier this year, the former Miss Universe opened up for the first time about her fertility struggles. “I felt like I almost broke and, in fact, it’s still really raw,” she told Stellar.

Australian cricketer David Warner and wife Candice announced the birth of their gorgeous third child on Instagram, after a terrifying labour during which Isla reacted badly to drugs used to bring on the birth. “Each time I was contracting, her heart rate would drop dramatically,” Candice said. “She just kept fighting – she’s definitely got the Warner gritty determination!” The couple, already parents to Ivy Mae, 5, and Indi Rae, 3, said they were “over the moon”.

A Discovery of Witches and Hacksaw Ridge star Teresa Palmer, 33, gave birth to a daughter this year, a little sister for her two boys, Bodhi, 5, and 3-year-old Forest with American actor, screenwriter and director Mark Webber (who has ‘POET’ tattooed on his neck). “He is pure magic, we feel like we are in a dream,” she gushed after the birth.

Former Hi-5 star Lauren Brant and AFL legend Barry Hall became parents for the second time. The former I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! co-stars also have a son, Miller, 2. “Wow ... that was incredible, surreal, painful, amazing, intense & completely enlightening!,” Lauren posted.

Australia’s favourite Bachelor couple Sam and Snezana Wood welcomed their second daughter together, just two years after the birth of their first child, Willow. The lovebirds – who were married in Byron Bay in 2018 – are also proud parents to 14-year-old Eve, Snezana’s daughter from a previous relationship.

The birth of radio favourite Fifi Box’s second daughter raised eyebrows. The 42-yearold is yet to confirm who the father is, after revealing Daisy was conceived via IVF and an anonymous egg donor. Box famously kept the identity of the father of her eldest daughter Trixie a secret, before confirming it was Grant Kenny.
