KANYE CONFESSES

THE RAPPER AND WOULD-BE US PRESIDENT BREAKS DOWN IN A WILDLY REVEALING SPEECH

‘I cheated on Kim’

Appearing shortly after 5pm at a wedding venue and convention centre in North Charleston, South Carolina, rapper Kanye West kicked off his first presidential campaign event on July 19 with a rambling speech filled with bizarre remarks and controversial comments. With ‘2020’ shaved into his hairline and wearing a flak jacket, he spoke off the cuff – and without a microphone – for about an hour. While elaborating on his pro-life stance, he spoke about how he and his wife Kim Kardashian West considered aborting daughter North, who was born in 2013, before the couple wed in 2014. “Kim is shocked that Kanye spoke about North at the rally,” a source tells WHO’s sister magazine People. “She is furious that he shared something so private.”

A second insider adds that the couple’s relationship is now on the rocks, saying, “things have broken down significantly between the two of them, and it’s happened pretty suddenly”.

During the event, Kanye touched on a wide range of topics, from his battle with opioids and his plan to make marijuana free, before elaborating on his pro-life stance. At one point, he broke down in tears after revealing a very personal experience with his wife Kim Kardashian West, 39, who gave birth to North in 2013, before the couple wed in 2014. “I remember that my girlfriend called me screaming and crying. And I’m just thinking – and at that time I was a rapper, I was out there, I had different girlfriends and everything … So my girlfriend called me and I just thought to myself, ‘Please don’t tell me I gave Kim Kardashian AIDS’. That will be the worst thing in the world,” he told the audience, many of whom groaned at the joke. “And she said, ‘I’m pregnant’. And I said, ‘Yes!’. Then I said, ‘Oh!’ I’m gonna tell you what was in my mind.

“She was crying. She said, ‘I just came from the doctor’. ’Cause I was having … the rapper’s lifestyle ... and for one month and two months and three months we talked about her not having this child. She had the pills in her hand,” West continued. “When you take the pills, and if you take it, the baby’s gone.”

West then recalled sitting in his Paris apartment and having a revelation from God to keep the child. “I called my wife, and she said, ‘We’re gonna have this baby’, and I said ‘We’re gonna have this child’. Even if my wife wants to divorce me after this speech, she brought North into the world even when I didn’t want to. She stood up, and she protected that child,” he continued, before yelling: “I almost killed my daughter! I love daughter!”

Up until the rally, Kim, with whom Kanye also shares sons Saint, 4, and Psalm, 1, and 2-year-old daughter Chicago, has been tentatively supportive of her husband’s political ambitions, but things have changed. “At the end of the day, people close to Kanye want him to end this presidential run now before he does more damage to himself, his brand and the family,” a source tells Entertainment Tonight. “Kanye isn’t in a good place and isn’t listening to anyone trying to talk him into getting help.”
