7.30AM Rise and shine! I do everything in my power to sneak in a few more minutes in bed. I’ve got a really comfy bed that I could practically live in. The sun on my face is the wake-up call.

7.40AM Once I’m finally up, I head straight to the shower to wake up a little more. Like my bed, I could practically live in the shower, so I try spending as much time as possible in there. Is there anything better than a hot shower?!

8AM If I’m going to be working from home, I like to check my schedule and plan my day. I try doing my exercise in the morning. A good way to find motivation to get moving is to put my gym gear on. I’ve got some really chic Camilla and Marc sportswear that I’m currently loving, so that’s my go-to.

8.30AM It’s now my favourite time ... it’s coffee time! We have a Nespresso machine at home, so I can make my own. I’ve recently started having a piece of honey toast with my coffee. It’s become my new addiction – and who doesn’t love toast with honey?!

9AM While I’m eating my breakfast and sipping on my cappuccino, I turn on the news to see what’s going on in the world, as scary as that has been lately. I like to be armed with the latest information and try to catch the news at least three times a day. I don’t know if that makes me knowledgeable or just depressed! It’s also a great time to call my family.

10AM I’m not quite sure where my morning has gone, but it’s already time to exercise. I’m out the door and down my 77 stairs to go for an hour solo walk. If I’m staying home for most of the day, it gives me an opportunity to start my day with a clear head and some fresh air. It’s a time to forget about your worries.

11AM-2PM OK, I’ve had enough “me

time”, it’s time to get to work. I’ve got a desk set up in our bedroom, which is where I love to work. It’s got a great view looking out onto the water. I get stuck into my emails for the day. That includes emails from my lawyering job. Every 30 minutes, I get up and stretch my legs. I’ll also grab a glass of water and another coffee. 2-3PM It’s my second favourite time of the day ... lunch time! I’m loving eggs, avo, tomato and feta on toast at the moment – I’ve been having it for the past month. It’s definitely my go-to. 3-5PM Time to do more emails, calls, whatever it may be. Work is so varied for me and changes daily. 5PM I’m not someone who has a lot of food at home and normally head out to the supermarket daily. It’s a good excuse to get out of the house. 6-7PM I turn on the news again and cook dinner. I love to make vegie soup or anything from Jude’s Food cookbook in winter! 7.30PM It’s Timmy Time! My husband, Tim Robards, is currently living in Melbourne, so I would normally call him around dinner. I would’ve already spoken to him a couple of times throughout the day, but dinner is a good time to have a longer chat about the day. 8-8.30PM Before I settle in for the night, I take a magnesium bath. It’s just so relaxing! 8.30PM TV time – two of my favourite shows at the moment are Power and The Loudest Voice. They’re so good and they’re both on Stan. 10.30PM Ugh, I’ve done it again – I’ve watched too many episodes and it’s getting late! It’s time for bed. I will usually call Tim again to say night, night!
