They’re eagerly awaiting the arrival of their first child in November. And Bachelor couple Tim Robards and wife Anna Heinrich have been making the most of their last few months as a family of two by enjoying an extended babymoon in idyllic Byron Bay.
The couple have been spotted relaxing in the laid-back coastal town, spending lazy sun-soaked days by the beach and enjoying intimate dates at the hottest eateries.
The mother-to-be, 33, hasn’t been afraid of showing off her blossoming figure and has been regularly sharing updates on her social media. “Sunseeker,” she captioned a stunning photo of herself in a bikini and long white shirt on September 11.
Earlier that day, the pair looked more loved-up than ever as they enjoyed a cosy lunch date at The Farm, an eco-friendly property that houses several fresh food producers and restaurants. It draws in local celebrities including Chris Hemsworth and
wife Elsa Pataky. “At the farm with my animal,” Heinrich jokingly captioned a picture of the pair with their arms wrapped around one another.
The romantic trip isn’t something the expectant parents are taking for granted after being reunited following Robards’ return from Melbourne, where he’d been filming Neighbours.
“Getting out of Sydney is a luxury these days and I’m certainly not taking it for granted. Good to finally spend time with my hubby,” Heinrich shared of her joy at the start of their vacation.
Robards, 37, a former chiropractor, made the “gut-wrenching” decision to walk away from his role as Pierce Greyson after two years on the soap. This move ensured he would be by Heinrich’s side in Sydney for the arrival of their daughter, after strict border closures caused by the pandemic created uncertainty.
“If I’ve learnt anything in this pandemic it’s that the health and wellbeing of my family has to come first,” Robards said in a statement released by Network Ten last month. It seems the dad-to-be is taking his family duties very seriously – starting with a relaxing vacation for his pregnant wife.

They welcomed their first child, daughter Marlie-Mae, in June last year. And on September 17, success story Matthew Johnson and fiancée Laura Byrne, both 33, excitedly announced they were welcoming a new addition to their family. Sharing a sweet image of them posing by the beach with her growing bump on display, Byrne’s announced, “I reckon we’ve kept this little beach ball under wraps for long enough … Halfway to number 2.” Johnson proudly added, “Please brace yourself for twice the amount of dad jokes.”The exciting news follows a heartbreaking loss for the couple, after Byrne revealed she’d had a miscarriage earlier this year. “I feel very, very passionately that miscarriage is a conversation that needs to be had in an open forum,” she said on her podcast back in April.
