PRAWN & SNOWPEA STIR-FRY

1 tbsp peanut oil 20 green prawns, peeled, deveined, tails intact 4 garlic cloves, crushed 1 tsp sambal oelek 150g snow peas, trimmed 1 tbsp honey 1 tbsp kecap manis 1 tbsp soy sauce 2 tsp sesame oil 1 tsp fish sauce ¼ cup coriander leaves steamed brown rice, sliced red chilli, to serve

1 In a wok or large frying pan, heat oil on high. Stir-fry prawns with garlic and sambal oelek 1-2 minutes, until prawns change colour and are just cooked through. 2 Add snow peas and combined honey, kecap manis, soy, sesame oil and fish sauce to wok. Stir-fry 1-2 minutes until heated through. 3 Top with coriander and serve with steamed rice and sliced red chilli.
