The Queen's fury over LOVE CHILD SCANDAL

The Queen is considering denying Charles the throne, after an alleged secret son has been revealed

Jason is tall, fair and handsome, and bears a striking resemblance to Prince William, but this alleged half-brother is anything but royal, and was raised in Canada a world away from Buckingham Palace.

He was born nine months after his mum – a Canadian former navy lieutenant called Janet – had unprotected sex with Prince Charles at his home at Highgrove during his marriage to Princess Diana.

“I was Charles’ lover for 16 years,” Janet has confessed to US newspaper Globe. “Ours was a long-distance romance… clothes used to be just ripped off and left where they dropped! At the time, neither of us used birth control or other protection. It was before AIDS and we just didn’t think about it.”

The Welsh-born 70-year-old, who now lives in Toronto, has always refused to confirm or deny Charles fathered Jason, saying only, “It’s no one’s business but mine.” However, the Queen has tried for years to keep the scandal a secret, warning Charles it could cost him the throne.

Janet met Charles in 1975 at the British Consulate in Montreal where she worked at the time, with Charles so smitten by the blonde beauty, he bombarded her with handwritten love letters after returning to Britain.

Their romance began the following year, when Charles went to Montreal for the Olympics, and continued with trysts at Sandringham and Balmoral – which infuriated the Queen when she found out.

“The Queen was furious when she found out and ordered Charles back to London,” Janet tells Globe. “I was sent to stay with a gatekeeper’s family for the night.”

REIGN AT RISK

The passionate love affair had seemingly fizzled out when Janet attended Charles’ wedding to then Lady Diana in 1981, but two years later it began again when Charles invited her back to Highgrove – while he was still married to Diana.

“We slipped back into the familiar intimacy,” she recalls, admitting she was three months pregnant when she married a wealthy entrepreneur later that year. She listed him as Jason’s father on the birth certificate, but even those close to her don’t believe he is Jason’s dad.

One friend of Janet’s told the Globe the matter will never be settled until Charles takes a paternity test: “Janet’s son is the spitting image of William – they look like brothers and I believe they are.”

Whether Charles is Jason’s real father or not, insiders say the love child rumours have surfaced again this week as part of a plot to damage Charles’ credibility and ensure he never fulfils his dream of taking the throne.

“Camilla is convinced this is all a lie to keep her and Charles from ascending the throne,” an insider says.

“She’s pushing for a DNA test which will prove young Jason is not Charles’ son – regardless of the real results.”
