“If I’m running to a shoot or a meeting, it’s a green smoothie [kale or spinach, coconut water, half a frozen banana, frozen berries, 2 tbsp chia seeds, 1 tsp bee pollen –“It’s one of the most nutrientde­nse things you can eat!” – and 1 tsp maca powder]. My other option is 1 poached egg with smoked salmon, or 1 slice of bacon and spinach on a piece of sourdough or wholegrain toast.”
