She turns 65 in September – but Kerri-anne Kennerley has never looked fitter or more fabulous!
Showing off her trim figure in a form-fitting red dress, it appears the much-loved star has dropped two or three kilos!
“I have a stationaryary bike at home,” Kerri-annene says. “I’ll crank up the music, jump on the bike and do 20 to 30 minutes. I also haveve some free weights and play golf.”
Last year, she admitteddmitted she needed to be fit andnd healthy to care for her adoredred husband John, who’s confineded to a wheelchair after sufferinguffering a spinal cord injuryy in 2016.
“After [John’s] accident,ccident, a few kilos crept on me because I had no time to exercise.ercise. Of course, it wasn’t a priority either. Now that we’ree’re getting into a routine with our ‘new normal’, my goal foror 2018 was to get my fitness backack on track.”
Kerri-anne also sticks to a reasonably healthyy diet. “I’m a girl from Queenslandland and I grew up on fresh food,” she says. “Planning whathat you’re going to eat helps, too.”
Before she heads out to the golf course, Kerri-anne packs some healthy snacks. “I’ll boil a couple of eggs and put some chicken in a little pack.”
But the star admits she still enjoys the odd treat. “I like fermented fruit – particularly in wine,” she laughs.
