Posh is left reeling on the eve of her 20th wedding anniversary with David
David and Victoria Beckham have weathered more than a few storms throughout their long marriage, but one woman from his past has cast a dark cloud over their 20th anniversary celebrations this week – sparking an explosive fight between the couple!
According to Beckham insiders, Posh, 45, was devastated to learn that David had secretly planned a boys’ ski trip to Hemsedal – the small village in the Norwegian mountains where his infamous alleged mistress, Rebecca Loos,
has been living quietly for the past decade. “Victoria was sobbing and accused David of trying to set up a reunion with Rebecca,” the insider says of the trip, which he’d booked with best mate Dave Gardner and British actor Jack Whitehall.
OF ALL THE VILLAGES...
“She couldn’t believe that of all the skiing destinations in the world, he’d choose that village. David insisted it wasn’t even him who picked the place, but Victoria wasn’t buying it.”
Former glamour model Rebecca, 42, made headlines around the world in 2004, when she made the bombshell claims that she and David had enjoyed a steamy four-month affair while she was working as his PA when he played with Spanish club Real Madrid.
In 2009, she relocated to Norway and is now a married yoga teacher with two sons.
Now, 15 years after the shocking Becks and Rebecca scandal, insiders say Victoria has once again been left feeling insecure about her husband – to the point where she was threatening to dump him just days before their marriage milestone.
“Victoria was shaking when she saw the booking on his email, but David seemed shocked. He said he didn’t even know where Rebecca lived, and if he did, he never would have agreed to go,” says the source. “David kept protesting his innocence, but she said she’s had enough.”
Rebecca often posts photos on social media of herself in the breathtaking Norwegian village, with one post in July last year captioned, “Hemsedal is often referred to as the valley of love. So many couples from different nationalities have met here, fallen in love & stayed.”

While David has always denied the affair claims, dismissing them as “ludicrous”, the former soccer star and Victoria have fielded persistent split rumours ever since.
With busy careers and four children together – Brooklyn, 20, Romeo, 16, Cruz, 14, and Harper, seven – David admitted that like any long married couple, they’ve had their share of hurdles.
“To have been married for the amount of time that we have, it’s always hard work, everybody knows that, but you make it work, you make difficult situations like travelling away, being away from each other, you make it work.”
