The Block star is facing more heartbreak
It’s been just over a year since a shattered Shaynna Blaze revealed her marriage to personal trainer Steve Vaughan was over after nearly two decades together. Now it appears the TV veteran could be suffering further heartache after her ex-husband’s new flame Andi Hall, 58, has been seen wearing what appears to be an engagement ring!
Taking to Instagram, the hair and makeup artist showed off her sparkly new addition in a post that also revealed the beauty guru is venturing into personal styling.
And her new skills could come in handy if she and Steve are heading down the aisle. Andi told her friends she is now qualified to assist those in need of styling with anything from “formal events to weddings”.
If Steve, to whom Shaynna was married for 18 years, is indeed set to say “I do” once more, it could explain Shaynna’s cryptic Instagram post last month.
While holidaying in Italy, The Block star, 56, posted a joyous photo of her trip captioned, “Freedom from the cold in Melbourne and freedom from the things that once weighed me down”, with many fans suggesting she may finally be ready to move on from her marriage breakdown.
It was at the height of Block fever last year that Shaynna took to social media to announce that she was single once more. “Sometimes in life, our paths change directions and now this is one of those times for me with Steve and I separating,” she wrote on Instagram.
“I will not be making any further statements about this.”
Just days later, Woman’s Day discovered personal trainer Steve had been getting close to regular client Andi, who he was spotted kissing and laughing with after one of his boot camp training sessions in Melbourne.
“Andi waited around to ensure she was the last person from the class left, to be alone with Steve,” one onlooker revealed at the time. “They kissed near Steve’s van.”
The pair had been tagging each other in social media photos for some time before they were first snapped together. “You inspire me @hairandmakeupbyandi,” Steve wrote in one gushing post. Meanwhile Andi, who credited her body to Steve’s workout classes, referred to him as a “superhero” in another.
Then last Christmas, Andi, who has three daughters, made their relationship public, taking to Instagram to rave about her romance with Steve.
“There is no doubt that I have the real Santa living with us,” she wrote. “Steve Vaughan has brought so much Christmas spirit, love and family time in to our home. I love you Scuba Steve.”
Shaynna met Steve six years after her divorce from her first husband, who she shares two children with.
