S Salma l uses a j juice i cleanse when getting ready for major events, or simply to reset her eating pattern.
“When I feel stressed, I turn to food for comfort,” says the Like A Boss star, 53. “After doing a juice cleanse, I’m motivated to eat healthier and not emotionally. It makes me stop, focus and think about what I’m putting into my body.”
As for workouts, Salma reveals that she sticks to sessions that are 30 minutes or less.
HALLE BERRY
Along with incorporating yoga, high-intensity cardio and strength training into her workout routine, Halle’s favourite way to keep fighting fit is with boxing. “You’ll sculpt every muscle a and burn major calories and fa fat,” says the actress, 53. “It d dramatically decreases stress le levels, develops hand-eye coordination and builds confidence and discipline.” Halle also swears by vegetable protein shakes as part of her meal plan. “[Having a shake] sustains my energy throughout the day,” she shares.

She’s just turned 66, but gorgeous Christie looks like she did in the ’80s. How does she do it? By eating the rainbow!
“For many years, I’ve said go for as many colours as possible in a day,” she says of eating a vegetable-rich diet. And as for exercise – anytime, anywhere. Walking down the beach and moving your arms like you’re swimming, you start sweating. And while I’m brushing my teeth, I’m doing leg lifts!”
BROOKE SHIELDS
Brooke has an interesting way of maintaining her strong physique and controlling her weight.
“[I hang] upside down in inversion boots, doing hamstring pulls and sit-ups,” the Suddenly Susan actress, 54, told Women’s Health magazine. “It’s really hard, but it’s really great, and I notice a difference [in my body].”
When she’s not doing this topsy-turvy workout, Brooke enjoys Pilates, cycling and lower body strength workouts using kettlebells and resistance bands.
