WIGGLES’ TWISTED PROPOSAL COUGAR KATE STRIKES AGAIN!
It could have been a simple clash of dates, but fans are worried it’s more than just a strange coincidence that Lachy Gillespie’s fiancee Dana Stephensen chose the date of his wedding anniversary to Emma Watkins to propose to him.
“I find it a bit strange she asked him on the date that was his wedding anniversary,” one person wrote online, while another added, “It seems kind of bizarre.”
Just last week Lachy and Dana surprised the world when they announced their happy news.
“On Thursday night [April 9], Dana asked me to marry her at home under a fairy light sky and a very excited little boy in a beautiful bow tie,” a gushing Lachy, 34, wrote alongside a photo of Dana, 35, and her four-year old son Jasper.
Interestingly, it was the same date four years ago that Emma married Lachy in a lavish ceremony in the NSW Southern Highlands.
While gracious Emma publicly congratulated the pair by posting a series of purple hearts on their engagement post, insiders say it would no doubt be hard for the redhead, 30, given the former couple and their new partners – Emma is dating The Wiggles guitar player Oliver Brian – have to work alongside each other every day.
Kate Beckinsale’s penchant for younger men appears to be as strong as ever with reports the Underworld star is dating another handsome bloke – who is 24 years her junior!
The 46-year-old stepped out last week with Canadian musician Goody Grace, who at 22 is just one year older than her daughter Lily, who she shares with Michael Sheen.
But for Kate – who’s liking for toyboys has outshone her acting career in recent years – age is no big deal with a source revealing they’ve been seeing each other since the start of the year.
“She’s been dating him since January,” says the source. “They have fun and Kate seems happy. His age is not an issue for her. It’s just a number.”
Before Goody, Kate was in a relationship with 26-year-old Saturday Night Live star Pete Davidson. She also dated British TV presenter Jack Whitehall, then 30, and comedian Matt Rife when he was 21.
