The hunky TV star has moved on – and moved in – with a stunning new blonde model
The perks of self-isolation might be few and far between for some, but Dr Chris Brown has certainly found one!
With the world’s attention elsewhere, the handsome TV star has managed to keep his exciting new romance with model Brooke Meredith, 29, under wraps – until now.
Last week, The Living Room host, 41, set the rumour mill alight when he was seen getting house-cleaning products at Bunnings Warehouse in Sydney’s Randwick with stunning blonde Brooke. It all but confirmed the pair were quarantining together at Chris’ $5.8 million home nearby in Clovelly.
“They looked very much like a couple,” an onlooker tells Woman’s Day.
“She [Brooke] was giggling as she wandered the aisles with Chris. They were buying mops and brooms,” the source adds.
WHO IS BROOKE?
Well-known in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs social scene, Chris’ latest squeeze is an accomplished model who has graced the catwalk at Melbourne Fashion Week, and she’s also the founder of lifestyle magazine
A Conscious Collection.
Chris is believed to have met Brooke through mutual celebrity friends, including Ten talent such as Georgia Love and Brooke’s best friend, Myer ambassador Elyse Knowles.
No stranger to the celebrity world, Brooke has even featured high-profile faces such as Chris Hemsworth’s wife Elsa Pataky and Shanina Shaik on the cover of her magazine. Caring boyfriend Chris has even been lending a hand, writing about his love of animals for Brooke’s website and magazine.
Working and cleaning aren’t the only things keeping the pair busy together: they’ve also been biding their time watching Masterchef – they’re both friends with contestant Hayden Quinn and have been showing their support on social media.
And it’s not just friends they have in common, the healthy duo have been spotted jogging together on Clovelly Beach, posting separate solo images of themselves with Brooke even teasing a shot of their feet.
EX LIV’S HEARTBREAK
While it’s early days, the couple’s insistence on keeping a low profile could mean they’re in it for the long haul – which may be bad news for Chris’ ex, The Loop’s Liv Phyland.
The pair ended their relationship last year, which was said to have broken Liv’s heart.
While the 28-year-old confidently told Woman’s Day at last year’s Melbourne Cup they were still “really good friends”, an image of a distraught Liv crying at her Ten office in January certainly said otherwise.
“Nothing that a couple of cries at the desk, a cry in the toilets, a bag of chocolate almonds and some eye drops can’t fix,” she wrote alongside the image.
Liv has since been linked with surfer Nick Slater.
Before Liv, Chris was in a long-term relationship with Nine producer Kendall Bora. They dated for two years before splitting in 2018 on amicable terms. The former couple were last spotted at the airport making their way to the 2019 TV WEEK Logie Awards.
