PRINCESS BEATRICE OF YORK, 31

Like her sister, Bea is not a big fan of plastic surgery, but friends say she was planning to have a round of procedures before her wedding. However, the bride--totobe has put all her plans on hold since the postponement of her wedding to Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi. Dr David says Beatrice “looks very natural” for her age. “Aside from possibly Botox, she’s not had much work done at all.”

MEGHAN, DUCHESS OF SUSSEX, 38

The Suits star is no stranger to the upkeep of a Hollywood actress, however sources say since becoming amu a mum she’s cut back on her procedures. “Everyone knows she’s had a couple of nose jobs in the past,” says a friend. “She’s tried it all over the years but her priorities have changed since Archie arrived. Dr David adds, “It looks like she’s had rhinoplasty in the past and it’s a pretty good job.”

CROWN PRINCESS MARY OF DENMARK, 48

Mary continues to defy her age and sources say it’s not all down to good Aussie genes.“of course Mary gets the odd tweak here and there – it’s all about maintenance so she doesn’t have to do anything drastic when it all drops,” says a friend. “She has no problem taking care of herself – she has to! She has the eyes of TWO countries on her at all times!” According to Dr David, “It looks like she’s had a full facelift, but she could also have achieved this look with blepharoplasty [eyelift], filler, Botox and a silhouette facelift that tightens up the jawline.”
