Keith Urban was never jealous of Tom Cruise, but Nicole Kidman's former fiance Lenny Kravitz is a whole different ball game.
The American sex god rocker, 56, has just announced he will release his memoir in October and poor Keith's world has turned upside down knowing the book will spill every juicy detail of his mysterious engagement to Nicole in 2003.
“This is Keith's worst nightmare,” says an insider. “Nicole has always been coy about her relationship with Lenny, but Keith has never liked the smug smirk that appears every time his name comes up. It's no secret Lenny was the guy after her marriage to Tom – and they had an incredibly passionate sexy relationship. He was her landlord when they started dating in 2002 – that’s how sexy it was!”

In 2017, Nicole accidentally dropped a bombshell that not even Keith knew about: she and Lenny were so serious that they were actually engaged!
During a press interview for Big Little Lies, in which she co-starred with Lenny's daughter Zoe, Nicole said, “I knew Zoe because I was engaged to her father. It's all in the family! I love Lenny – he's a great guy.” In response, Zoe, 31, added fuel to the fire by telling a magazine, “I think she forgot that no one knew that. I hadn't seen her in a long time... but there was a point where we were all kind of living together. I was about 13 and she would take me to see movies – she was so nice to me.” Friends say all hell broke loose at home with Keith, who insisted Nicole spill all about Lenny before he runs into him at another awards show. “He was furious!” says the insider. “And Nicole refused to talk about it, which only made it worse. Now he's going to find out the truth from Lenny himself – he's freaking out.” While friends of Lenny insist he'll always be a gentleman when it comes to Nicole, one told Woman’s Day, “Lenny was madly in love with her. He's told a bunch of people she was the one who got away and that she was his soulmate. He never really got over her and that break-up affected him deeply. It had a huge impact on him – and it's why he's never married again.”
