Psychological safety is a key aspect of many successful and innovative teams. This means that it’s OK for people to take risks and be vulnerable — without fear of being made to feel embarrassed or insecure. When taking risks, mistakes can happen. It’s important to learn from them and move on. When you’re pointing out a mistake to a colleague, it is therefore important that you do it in a constructive and productive way.
