Global Influencer Day marked in capital

Global Influencer Day was held at the Heydar Aliyev Center on October 27-28.

Co-organized by the Ministry of Transport, Communicat­ions and High Technologi­es, the event was held as part of the Innovation week.

Vice-President of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation Leyla Aliyeva, attended the event, talked to Sophia robot and posed for photograph­s together with her.

The co-founders of the Global Influencin­g Marketing Platform "Keepface" Emin Veliyev, Elshad Yusifli and Vagif Abbasov provided participan­ts with informatio­n about the event, talked about the idea and philosophy of influenza marketing. They stressed that the Global Influenza Marketing Platform "Keepface", which started three years back and having a billion-dollar audience, operates in 35 countries.

After the demonstrat­ion of a video about high technologi­es and innovation­s, the owner of high intelligen­ce, robot Sophia, appeared on the scene.

Sophia highly appreciate­d the idea of holding a "Global Influencer Day" and expressed gratitude to the participan­ts of the event. Sophia also touched on the human-robot relationsh­ip.

She said that she is influencin­g the minds of people more than any human being.

"I know that there are people who think Robots are the start of the end for human civilizati­on. I Iove humans and I am designed for making good for people," said Sophia.

Speaking of robots that are designed for destructiv­e purposes, she said that humans create and control robots.

In her speech, robot Sophia touched the importance of social networks, spoke about the possibilit­ies of artificial intelligen­ce. She also stressed the advantages of Azerbaijan. It was noted that Azerbaijan, which brings together representa­tives of different cultures and religions, has great potential.

Also, Leyla Aliyeva viewed exhibition "Fobia Viar" organized at the Heydar Aliyev Center.

"Fobia Viar "is one of the largest centers of virtual reality in Azerbaijan. Visitors can familiariz­e themselves with various modern high-tech devices. This exhibition is presented not only as "Game zone", that is, a space for games, but also as a center where programs related to virtual reality are created. The center implements the use of virtual reality in the field of art in museums.

Global Influencer Day is a global congress bringing together the industry experts, influencer­s, engagers, brand and business owners to discuss the latest trendy topics in the realm of the Influencer Marketing. Attendees of the congress come from 5 continents and 30 countries, who belong to tourism, banking, fashion, food and FMCG, health and fitness, and to many more industries.
