If putting more than seven words on a billboard is a sin then this must be capital crime. However, BSL’S initiative looks like truly noble. The narrative doesn’t come with Magrittean mystery although it is stating: “This is not a housing loan” yet the bank promises that “this is your chance to buy a home.” The main message here made loud and clear is that you only “repay what you borrow and not a penny more.” A personal meeting with your banker might give you more clarity. However, before you decide to sign a contract, it’s always good to read the fine print.
