From Nokia to Crocs, Has The World Fallen Back into 2000?

In a striking 2000 reminiscence, Nokia relaunched its iconic 3310 model in a rather revamped look that beautifully embodies the essence of its predecessor while also introducing a twist of vibrancy and modernity in line with our current times. Dubbed Nokia 3310 just like its ancestor, the company’s nostalgic creation operates under Nokia’s Series 30+ software with a 2-megapixel camera and microsd slot among other specs and has stirred quite some hype on social media after it was announced. Slicker, lighter and more colorful, the 3310 is available in yellow, red, dark blue and matte grey. Now if that’s not enough 00s nostalgia for you, it looks like another cherished blast from the past is also getting a modern makeover: Crocs. Yes, you read that right, Crocs. The ugliest shoes of all time made a remarkably embellished appearance on the 2017 runway to complement the Spring-summer creations of British designer Christopher Kane, leading social media users and fashion enthusiast alike into a significant meltdown. All in all, it looks like 2017 is heading towards a serious 2000 throwback on multiple levels.
