MULTITASK
The Swiss army knife has been around since 1891, and still lives among many civilians and army men, for its divers usage and capability in “multitasking”, and known for being handy, easily carried, and diversity of tools that can be contained in one single pocket-knife. Even though it was invented in the beginning for military purpose, the Swiss army knife is now found in variable households, with individuals that have to use more than one tool in their line of work or hobby, for dismantling a certain object, hunting, fishing, every situation where you find yourself in need of such tool.
‘Multitask’ is the title of my publication, as the idea behind it is the usage of the actual Swiss knife, but with the research improvement, it became clear that multitasking can also be referred to typography, layout and grids, how a designer can find a successful combination between each of the 3 categories, and come up with a good ending.
