Live your best Life Nigerian mode
Leo Burnett Lagos, one of Nigeria’s fastest growing agencies, has created a print campaign for Amstel beer under the slogan “Live your best life this season.” It is composed of three visuals depicting celebration at the beach, a dinner and an Owambe (Nigerian term meaning the act of throwing money on a dancing person), and meaning here a large, grandiose party that involves a lot of food, dancing, loud music.
Amstel logo’s familiar red and white becomes the landscape/ platform for active celebration, beaming the spotlight on the very common activities during Christmas celebration in Nigeria thereby taking it from something merely aesthetic to something really meaningful that Nigerians can relate to, hence supporting the brand’s philosophy.
