“Be it honouring labourers during Ramadan or the recently launched community youth council, in every activity I have seen the familiar faces of Pakistan Association,” added Al Muthanna.

The Medical Wing of PAD has served over 23,000 patients in over 90 free medical camps since 2009, which led to the unprecedented not-for-profit Pakistan Medical Centre, which will remain open to all nationalities.

“The challenge is to not construct the medical centre but to sustain it. We need support and strength from individuals and corporate who believe in giving back to the community,” said Dr Faisel Ikram, President of PAD.

“In the Year of Zayed, we should all be motivated to leave a legacy behind and what other way than contributing towards a centre that will be a beacon of hope for thousands of people,” added Dr Ikram.
