Global spending on wearable tech to hit Dhs344.9b by end of 2022
DUBAI: Worldwide spending on wearable electronics will hit an approximately Dhs299.35 billion mark in 2021 and is expected to reach about Dhs344.9 billion by the end of 2022. This is largely atributed to the overwhelming demand for innovative gadgets by individuals who are highly concerned about their health and looking for upgraded means of communication during the pandemic that has hit the entire world.
In this regard, Riversong Technology, a leading Chinese consumer electronics company with its Middle East headquarters in Dubai, has plans to make significant investments on R&D to meet increased demand for wearables in the local market.
